Luer lock convenience for inline filtration.
The Hynec inline capsule filter has a standard female luer lock port on both ends, so it connects fingertight to syringes, pumps, check valves and any fitting that follows the luer conical standard. Every filter ships with two male luer to hose barb adapters sized for soft tubing with a 4 mm outer diameter, giving you a complete inline filter setup out of the box.
Three pore sizes, real numbers.
Inside the translucent PP housing is a polypropylene depth membrane available in 0.22 um for fine polishing and clarification, 0.45 um for general fine filtration, and 1 um for prefiltration and particle removal. The housing is marked with a flow direction arrow, a maximum working pressure of 0.52 MPa and a maximum temperature of 50 degrees C, so you can plan your line with real numbers.
Seconds to set up, a quarter turn to swap.
Push your tubing onto the barb adapters, click the luer connections into place and start your flow. When one filter is loaded, swap in a fresh one with a quarter turn. The pack of 5 keeps a ready spare on the bench for laboratories, universities and workshops, and for home projects such as homebrew, aquarium dosing lines and hydroponic nutrient setups with aqueous liquids.
